An extended abstract under the title
- Zur rationalen Physik der Schwere
has been distributed to colleagues, inviting them to discuss my
rational theory of gravity, providing a major change of paradigm.
In fact it represents a Copernican turn, but not just a rather trivial
change of point of view, but implying that all theories of the universe
need explicitly to 'account' for the mass-potential, alias aether, else
they are doomed to fail.

has undergone a number of corrections and additions

After all I my manuscript
'Einstein's 'historical curiosities' in context',
subtitled 'Twenty years rational theory of gravity',
had reached a state to be published as preprint,
subject of further corrections and clarifications
where necessary.
Any hint will be followed and acknowledged.
The essental resULt of my exercise is, that Einstein's
theories of relativity, predicted in 1979 to survive
only as historical curiosities, are in fact based on
conceptual mistakes.
Hence the whole literature based on those theories
needs to be rigorously scrutinised, if not to be
discarded altogether.

My continued modest invitation
- to falsify my coherent narrative
concerning the Hubble 'constant' and cosmology in general,
getting along without dark energy and dark matter, is here
publicly repeated.
According to my own repeated experience, in Germany,
different from England, critical remarks tend to be felt
as personal offence, though 'only' beliefs, maybe cherished
life long, are questioned and may need to be abandoned.
As known from well understood historical examples, the
opposition usually is very strong and takes generations.

"Warum Raum und Zeit eine Illusion sind" resULted in my

But at this stage I did not care to respond to his thesis,

Not only as a thermo-dynamicist I am just now wondering,
what the term 'illusion' may possibly imply. Are my blood

As expected the implications of Newton's law of gravity
are of importance as foundations of the so called theory
of 'special relativity', so far based on Einstein's vague
'Vermutungen', currently still widely entertained dogmata.
The following paper concerning

provides a development free of folklore and plain nonsense
and suggests the re-analysis of famous observations, e. g.
of the life-spans of mesons.

The following paper has undergone another intense scrutiny
and rigorous weeding, resULting in the satisfactory consistent
account of all my insights so far.

In continued analysis of Newton's law of gravity I have
demonstrated, that dark energy and cosmic inflation,
implied by the currently still widely entertained dogmata,
do not exist.
Detailed deductions concerning the acceleration of photons
and protons, due to gradients of the mass potential
pervading physical space, are subject of the paper
- Newton's gravity-law.
In daily mails to colleagues I have documented
the progress I made on my way to
- final clarity.
But as it happens, I fell victim to a serious double mistake,
a paralogism, which I corrected as soon as I detected it,
with the final resULt remaining unchanged.
According to the Oxford English Dictionary a 'paralogism' is
"A piece of false or erroneous reasoning, esp. one which
the reasoneris unconscious of or believes to be logical
(as distinct from a sophism, which is intended to deceive);
an illogical argument, a fallacy."

In the meantime I had published the draft of a tutorial on elementary
classical dynamics in axiomatic fashion. The first draft had to undergo
necessary corrections of careless mistakes and further in-depth
explanations of fundamental notions.
After another month of intense work and further rigorous proof reading

appropriate title

On classical dynamics: gravity
The following
- Letter to Dr. Schueller on 14.14.2000
at the Max-Planck-Institute für Wissenschaftsgeschichte in Berlin,
who recently translated Newton's Principia into German,
offers some considerations concerning mechanical models of gravity
and concerning force and mass concepts.
The following open letter is asking for information about the
- Mechanical model of gravity
already described in the above letter to Dr. Schueller.
This letters has also been sent to some colleagues in Berlin
and at Karlsruhe concerned with didactics of physics:

Only the letter to experts in the living encyclopedia 'Wer weiss was?'
has been answered immediately by Christoph Appel and resulted
in a discussion available on request.
Though still work in progress, an updated, more explanatory,

will be of interest for in-depth studies.
Apart of an explicit structure an appendix has been added
on the theory of special relativity, the theory of classical relative
kinematics taking into account the limited speed of messengers.
